Kochi City Police Commissioner Kaliraj Mahesh Kumar has been suspended and four personnel have been suspended following a fatal accident involving a judge's son. The initial charges were altered to culpable homicide. The move comes after the Kerala government took action against police officials for lapses in investigating the case.
