Tesla's Cybercab robotaxi faces NHTSA audit as Musk vows rapid production

Tesla began manufacturing its Cybercab robotaxi in April, according to The Hindu. Elon Musk said production would increase exponentially later this year or next. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration opened an audit of about 1,000 Cybercab vehicles to evaluate compliance with federal safety regulations after a rollout event in Austin, Texas.
