Madras HC Takes Notice on Saurav Das Background Probe PIL

A businessman has approached the Madras High Court seeking an investigation into Saurav Das's background, alleging that he has Nepali roots and has abused the judiciary. The court has issued a notice to the Centre and CJP co-convener Das on a PIL seeking probe into his nationality, passport cancellation, and Aadhaar.
